He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Winans and Luray Winans. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Brian Winans (Hilary) of Cedar Park, TX and Brandi Turner (Courtney) of Midland, TX; his grandchildren, Andrea and Emelyn; and his brother Larry. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the First Baptist Church of Midland.
