He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Means Dewey and Henry Cooper Dewey; and his great grandchildren, Blake and Liam Frasier. He is survived by: his wife Rita Vaughn Dewey; his sister Rhonda Stephens (Larry) of The Woodlands; his children, Russell Dewey and Sherri Vines (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Kallie Graham (Landon), Cole Frasier (Riley), Keaton Vines (Ellen) and Kadee Vines.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Milby High School (3800 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79705).
