With heavy hearts, we announce the death of José Luis Ramirez of Midland, Texas, who passed away on December 6, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Ramirez and Cruz Ramirez; and his brothers, Ramon Ramirez and Justo Ramirez. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Rogers Ramirez; his children, Jose Luis Ramirez Jr. (Manie), Rubén Ramirez (Zulema), Jennifer Ramirez Machuca (Jesse) and Ricky Ramirez (Julissa); and his siblings, Naty, Rosa, Alicia (Licha), Sylvia and Joaquin Ramirez. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren & 17 great grandchildren & numerous nieces & nephews.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home (2508 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79705). A rosary will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish & Shrine (1401 Garden Ln, Midland, TX 79701).
