He is survived by: his wife Anita Salgado; and his siblings, Frank "Kiko" Salgado (Cheryl) of Spearman, William Salgado (Angie) of San Antonio, Texas and Linda Garcia (Charlie) of Odessa, Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
