She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sepich and Mary Ann Sepich; her husband Edwin E. Phillips; her brother Michael Sepich; and her niece Katie.
She is survived by: her family Kathy; her son Jim Phillips of Midland Texas; her daughter-in-law Brooke; her grandson John; her son Mike Phillips of Houston; and her siblings, Phyllis McEndree (Chuck) of Phoenix and Dave Sepich (Jayann) of Carlsbad. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Her family is heartbroken with her passing but will follow her legacy of charity and compassion.
