He is survived by: his wife Debbie Smith of Midland; his daughter Ann Marie Smith (Matt Henderson); his grandsons, Walker and Wade Smith of Fort Worth; his son Bryan Smith (Amanda); his grandchildren, Paige and Scott Smith of Midland; his son James Smith (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Miles Smith of Midland; his son Michael Smith (Leslie) of Midland; and his siblings, Craig Smith of Midland, Christine Vest (Steve) of Leona, TX and Shelley Smith (Najam Hasan) of Aledo, TX. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
