He is survived by: his mother Brenda Sue Thomas; his daughter Latricia Hill; his stepdaughter Carrie Duvall; his son Melvin Hill Jr.; his stepson Ronald Gilbert; his siblings, Monica Hill, Latreca Spencer and Robert Thomas Jr.; and his grandchildren, Nami Gilbert and Kiera Duvall.
