He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Phillips; his daughters, Vandi Theriot (Jason) and Dawn Phillips; his stepdaughters, Courtney Meadows (Joel) and Megan Brignon (Nate); his grandchildren, Braden Theriot, Zachary Theriot, Dailyn Morgan, Ruby Morgan, Maisie McGurr, Ben Brignon, Sam Brignon and Julia Meadows; Ashley Neil.
