He is survived by: his children, Katelynn Marie Stice and Logan DeMoss; his stepson Taylor Mahan; his grandchildren, Levi, Liberty DeMoss, Nolan and Conrad Mahan; his siblings, Lynn Deen James-Young and David Lee Stice Jr.; his nephews, John, Josh, Jacob James, David L. Stice III and Zachry Stice; his niece Serenity Janosik; his aunt Susan Riad; and his cousins, Sharif Riad, Patrick Bryce and Ryan Bryce.
