He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Wilborne Baxter Jr. and Nina Louise Baxter Smart. He is survived by: his wife Celina; his children, Leticia Ramos (Ruben) and Cesar Hernandez (Jill); his sister Gail Cambron (Van); his nephews, Chris and Brent Elliot; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Jacob, Joshua, Isaac, Lucas, Ezra, Isaiah and Emilia.
