He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Seay and Sam Seay; his son Eric Seay; and his grandson Steve Seay. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Seay; his daughter Renee of Odessa; his daughters-in-law, Cheryl (Rocky Ford) of Midland and Pam Seay of Midland; and his grandchildren, Sammi, Roy Colvin, Rhea Ann, Devin Barrera, Josh Onojaefe of Midland, Nathan Seay of Lubbock, Treydan Seay of Midland, Shalsea Kalilikane and Kennedi Seay. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Resthaven Memorial Park (4616 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79705).
