We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2023, at the age of 70, David Lee Provan of Midlothian, Texas, born in Evergreen Park, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James William Provan, Sr. and Alice Louise Furr Provan; and his siblings, Mark, Robert and Cynthia.

He is survived by : his wife Linda; his children, Teena (Lyle) and Chris (Jessica); and his brothers, James, Philip and John. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
