It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Jean Bailey of Midlothian, Texas, who passed away on April 20, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Delores is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Delores' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Butler and Dorothy Butler. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Pauken, Barry Bailey (Carole) and Amanda Fuller (Chris); her grandchildren, Jonathan Pauken (Sydney), Chase Fuller and Emma Fuller; and her great grandchild Madelyn Pauken. She is also survived by many loving step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home (6300 W William Cannon Dr, Austin, TX 78749). A committal service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home & Memorial Park (6300 W William Cannon Dr, Austin, TX 78749).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Samaritan's Purse or World Vision.
