She was predeceased by: her husband Tony Oliver Mullens; her parents, Calvin Grady Hazelwood and Ruth Belle Bolt Hazelwood; and her siblings, Angus Lee Hazelwood Avon (Carl Wood) of Georgia and Wanda Faye (Bill Harris).
She is survived by: her daughters, Toni Allen (Jerry) of Kemp, Beverly Pierce and Lisa Swann (Weldon) of Frisco, Texas; her grandchildren, Jon Eric Strowenjans, Stephanie Jarrell (Jeremy), Amanda Strowenjans, Tony Pierce (Jaime), Elizabeth Swann, Tyler Harville (Kyle), Chelsie Sanders (Michael), April Strowenjans, Madilyn Swann, W. Jacob Swann and Hayden Swann; and her great grandchildren, Ruthanne, Brooklyn, Eden, Ellanore, Calvin, Olivia, Wesley, Rosalyn, Leyton, Hudson and Everly.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Midlothian Funeral Home (200 E Ave East, Midlothian, TX 76065). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Longbranch Community Baptist Church (200 Longbranch Rd, Midlothian, TX 76065).
