He is survived by: his wife Ami Whitson; his children, Bradley Whitson, Chelsea Bookman, Christopher Bookman, Cameron Bookman, Keeleigh Bookman and Kaden Bookman; and his sisters, Stacy and Stephanie. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
