He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Tucker (Ava Tucker). He is survived by: his children, Brooke, Brandi and Blake; and his grandchildren, Brantley, Savannah and Harper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
