He is survived by: his mother Irene Snell Payne; his wife Pamela; his children, Kevin Doyle Payne (Renee), Crystal LeeAnn Gilster (Brandon), Candice Nikole Hale (John) and Cherishe Courtney Mondics (Jacob); his stepson Shon Mikhail Hill (Nikki); his grandchildren, Kendall Roberts, Garrett Payne, Caleb Gilster, Joshua Gilster, Jacob Gilster, Luke Gilster, Savannah Gilster, Samantha Hale, Madelyn Hale, John Thomas Hale, Caroline Mondics, Meredith Mondics and Cullen Hill; his great grandchildren, Knox Roberts, Salem Roberts, Kynlee Gilster, Emmie Gilster, Emmitt Gilster and Christopher Gilster; his former wife Mary Ann Manley; Donna Dockal and Leslie Payne.
