She was predeceased by: her children, Jan Ellen Foote Blank (Ken) and Duane Matthew "Butch" Foote (Janet); her husband Donald Foote; and her brothers, Rudy Hall (Kathleen) and Victor Stateler (Carol).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Douglas Foote, Valerie Foote Prymek (Nick), Gregory Foote (Katelynn), Samuel Blank (Molly) and Sarah Blank; her great grandchildren, Beckett, Bre Ellen Blank, Damien, Ryker Foote, Ellie, Alex Olivia Foote, Peyton and Quinn Prymek; and her children-in-law, Janet Foote and Ken Blank (Terri Blank). She is also survived by extended family, friends.
