He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Baxter and Thomas Sr. Baxter; his daughter Stacy Baxter; his in-laws, James and Sylvia Lisman; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Lisman.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lisman Baxter; his son Marcus Grant Baxter; his daughter-in-law Kristi Allen Baxter of Palmer, Texas; his grandsons, Thomas William Baxter of Palmer, Texas and James Elisha Baxter of Palmer, Texas; and his brother Keith Baxter (Tammi Baxter) of Midlothian. He is also survived by extended family, many nieces and nephews as well as numerous cousins and friends.
As a 3rd Degree Master Mason at the Ennis Masonic Lodge in Ennis, Texas, Thomas exemplified the values of fraternity, truth, and charity.
