She is survived by: her children, Keith Shaw (Kristi) and Peggy Smith (Bob); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Shaw Thomas (Garrett), Kylar Shaw (Rylie) and Jon Smith (Shelby); her great grandchildren, Scarlett Jean Shaw and Boone Smith; and her brother Kay Woodard (Sandra). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
