He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Yoakum and Flossie Yoakum; his wife Virginia Ann Cummings; and his brothers, Julian Rogers and Buck Cunningham.
He is survived by: his sons, Jay Beathard (Danice) of Milano and Brandon Beathard (Krysta) of Milano; his sister Leona Taylor of Cameron; and his grandchildren, Marantha Furgeson, Jaylee Beathard, Allyson Steinbecker, Dakota Hargis and Leanna Fay Beathard. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
