He is survived by : his wife Jody Henderson; his children, Debbie Elguezabal (Adolf), Kay Gesch (Glenn) and Ronald Smith; his grandchildren, Christina Cook (Redgy), Shanna Smetana, Melissa Clements (Cody), Brandon Smetana (Liz Carrasco) and Myles Gesch; his great grandchildren, Reagan Cook, Kristyn Lloyd (Patrick), Gage Cook, Sadie Clements and Maverick Smetana; and his great great grandchildren, Gavin and Zane Cook. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
