He is survived by: his brother Gary; his sister-in-law Mary Smith; his nephew Gordon "G. W." Smith; his daughter-in-law Allison Glass-Smith; his granddaughter Sherry Harvey; his son-in-law Mark Harvey; his grandchildren, Hunter Harvey, Grayson Harvey, Grayson Moore and Taylor Eubanks (Chase Eubanks); his great grandchild Ryann Eubanks; and his uncle Dayton. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, grand nieces, and nephews as well as great-grand nieces and nephews.
