He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Meier and Helen Meier. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Meier and Joyce Schroeder; his wife Patricia Meier of Mineola; his daughters, Linda Susan Hancock (Sammy) of Mineola and Carol J. Nelson (Warren) of Montague; his sister Sharon Hawthorne of Arizona; his siblings-in-law, J. D. Bernard and Jeanette Ducker; and his grandchildren, Lisa, Christopher, Tyler, Heather, Bryce and Adam. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and many extended family members and friends.
