She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Lee Williams and Henry Davis; her son Cecil Sim Tuck III; and her siblings, Linda Sue Smith, Thomasenia Williams, Opal Williams, Nora Coleman, Enola McDonald, Nora Ann Mitchell, Stanley Williams and Leon Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Cecil S. Tuck, Jr.; her daughters, Kendra Tuck, Victoria Meankins (Brian) and Marsha Tuck; her grandchildren, Brian Meankins (Natasha), Keaundra Meankins, Morghan James, Malik, Malaysia Blackwell and Malakhi Gipson; her great grandchildren, Brian C. Meankins III, Aiden Jones, Kingston Smith and Oneal Ybarra; and her sister Stephanie Brown (Jerry). She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the London's Mortuary (176 Co Rd 2503, Mineola, TX 75773). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the New Life Baptist Fellowship (736 S Main St, Quitman, TX 75783). A burial was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM at the Cedars Memorial Garden Cemetery (1830 S Pacific St, Mineola, TX 75773). A repast was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 2:15 PM to 3:15 PM at 712 S Stone St, Mineola, TX 75773.
