It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Kay Mitchell of Mineola, Texas, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Valton and Cleta Merle Barrow Romine; her brother Larry Romine; and her sister-in-law Linda Ann Sanders. She is survived by: her son Chad Mitchell (Kara); her siblings-in-law, William "Bill" Sanders and Sherry Romine; her grandson Jase Mitchell; and her sibling's children, Lindsay Romine, Brian Romine (Denise), Randy Patton (Kelly), Clint Sanders (Melissa) and Jeremy Sanders (Courtney). She is also survived by her son, daughter-in-love, nieces, nephews, and grandson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
