He was predeceased by: his son Dr. Michael Adrian Hernández; his father Arturo Hernández; his brother Mario Hernández; his grandparents, Arturo and Dionisia Hernández; and his uncles, Oscar Hernández and José Guadalupe Hernández.
He is survived by: his children, Clarissa Natalia Hernández, Alexis Jaime Hernández, Laura, Harper and Hunter Hernández; his brothers, Javier Hernández (Lucila), Hugo Hernández (Alicia), Rodolfo Hernández and Arturo Hernández III (Elsa); and his nieces and nephews, Micaela Hernández, Lucas Hernández, Kristina Marie Gutierrez, David Christopher Cantu, Craig Hernández, Jordan Hernández, Madison Hernández, Monica Falcon Hernández, Alexia Ochoa and Isaias Daniel Hernández.
