She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Frances Connelly and Col. Francis Martin Connelly; and her sister Joan Francis Connelly. She is survived by: her brother Kevin Connelly (San Juanita "Janie"); her daughters, Geralyn Marie "Mindy" Fox (Todd), Kristin Janelle "Kristy" Warshak (Greg) and Jennifer Dawn Thalman (Aaron); her grandchildren, Josh Warshak, Zachary Warshak (Kari), Aiden Thalman and Bailey Thalman; and her great grandchildren, Miles Connelly Warshak and Archie Kenneth Warshak.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judy's honor to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
