McCarty; his children, Stephen Patrick McCarty (Brandi McCarty) and Megan McCarty; the mother of his children Bonnie Berube; his stepchildren, Richard D Barrera, Javier Barrera (Scandia Barrera), Hector O Barrera and Laura B Lukin (Mark Lukin); his sister Ann McCarty; and his grandchildren, Suri McCarty, Saige McCarty, Alysia A Barrera, Zachary Barrera, Danielle Lukin, Gabrielle Lukin and Camille Lukin.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the RIC Brown Family Funeral Home (621 E Griffin Pkwy, Mission, TX 78572). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery (2520 Inspiration Rd, Mission, TX 78572).
