He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Light and Sarah Light; his siblings, Wayne, W. R., Albert and Aileen; and his stepchildren, Sandra Neel Fryer and Alan Neel.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hubbard Light; and his stepchildren, Cheri Neel Fletcher and Gilbert Neel. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
