He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Hayes (Bryan) and Paula Hokerk (Daniel Wetzig); his daughter-in-law Yolanda Hokerk; his grandchildren, Justin Hayes (Lauren) and Stephanie Eickhoff (Brennan); his great grandchildren, Thomas, William and Astrid Hayes; his siblings, Wayne Hokerk, Linda Reese and Kevin Hokerk-Robinson; and his friend David McCumsey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Harkey Funeral Home (210 S Allen Ave, Monahans, TX 79756). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Harkey Funeral Home Chapel (210 S Allen Ave, Monahans, TX 79756). A burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Monahans Memorial Cemetery (400 S Helen Ave, Monahans, TX 79756).
