She is survived by : her parents, Sara Orosco and Patrick Moreno; her stepparents, Yvonne Martinez and Matt Thomas; her sisters, Ava and Aubri Moreno; her uncles, Luis Moreno Jr. and Adam Mitchell; her aunt Kara Mitchell; her grandfathers, Kenneth Mitchell, Tommy Orosco and Luis Sr.; and her great-grandparents, Rita Moreno, Paca Urbano Martinez and Gaggy Mary Martinez. She is also survived by several great aunts and uncles, and several cousins.

The family of Mya wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to Eric, Shelly, and DeMarqus Heredia, her friends, and everyone for their thoughts and prayers, donations, and heart filled memories.
