He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Kathryn Germann, William Mann; his siblings-in-law, John Germann, Glen Spring, LaDawn Spring of Odessa, TX.; his wife, Rhonda Mann of Monahans, TX.; his sons, Jeffrey Mann (Amanda Mann) of College Station, TX., Justin Smith of Dallas, TX.; his siblings, Jean Germann of West Point, IL., Bill Mann (Nancy Mann) of Monahans, TX., Chuck Mann (Patty Mann) of Odessa, TX.; Richard Mann (Debbie Mann) of West Point, IL.; his mother-in-law, Juanice Winham of Monahans, TX..
