He was predeceased by: his parents, Valton Burns and Nannie Sue Burns. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Burns; his sons, Todd Burns (Mindi), Brandon Burns (Kelly) and Gary Pratt; his grandchildren, Max, Matthew, Stefan and Camila; and his brothers, Orren and Steve.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Boxing for Battle Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people struggling with Parkinson's disease.
