He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Owen Scrivner and Helen Elizabeth Scrivner; and his son Randall Wayne Scrivner. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Ortmeyer; his daughter Cathy Smith; his son-in-law Mark Smith of Carrollton, TX; his son Michael Scrivner; his daughter-in-law Monica Scrivner of Coppell, TX.; his grandchildren, Bret Smith (Nikki), Erin Leos (Patrick), Ashley Scrivner, Andrew Scrivner and Allison Scrivner; his great grandchild Chloe Smith; his brother Roger Scrivner; and his brother-in-law Steve Ortmeyer. He is also survived by 6 nephews and nieces; as well as other family members and countless friends.
