He is survived by: his parents, Bryan Treadway (Lucinda) and Teri Treadway (Schultz); his daughter Chantzlyn Hope Howard; his father-in-law Felix Nieves; his stepsiblings, Felix III, Gretchen and Mackenzie (Ryan); his brother Ronnie Treadway (Adrian); his nibling Avery; his brother Randy Treadway (Kristin); his nieces and nephews, Kameron, Kira and Klarissa; his grandmother Bonita Schultz; Roman. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
The family is requesting in lieu of flowers a donation be made in Michael's name to the American Heart Association.
