He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Raines and Ima Jean Raines. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Andrew Raines (Amy) and Candice Raines; and his siblings, Becky Cabrera (Rick), Glen Raines (Raylene), Norman Raines (Kay) and Blake Raines (Susie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
