She was predeceased by: her parents, Williard Phillips and Modeania Hubbard Phillips; her children, Karen, Donnie and Jeffery; her former husband Robert Ray Rabb; and her stepfather Louis Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Brynelsen of Moody; and her siblings, Billy Phillips (Marilyn) of Pasadena, TX, Joy Foster of Moody and Donna Carter (David) of Merkel. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Slater Chapel (2350 FM126, Nolan, TX 79537).
The family request memorial contributions be made to the Nolan Cemetery Fund.
