He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Paul Billeck and Philomena Genievieve Billeck (Havelka); and his son Lionel Mark Billeck. He is survived by: his wife Joy Billeck (Foyt) of Moody; his son Robert E. Billeck II (Lisa) of Houston; his granddaughters, Krystal and Kassie Billeck of Houston; and his siblings, Lee Billeck of Temple and Georgia Lambright of Alabama.
