He was predeceased by: his parents, Evart Outlaw and Inez Outlaw; his brother Don Outlaw; his daughter Renee Outlaw; and his former wife Jonilee Hamblen Outlaw.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Outlaw; his brothers, Jon Outlaw (Kathleen) and Ron Outlaw (Debbie); his children, Ted Michael Outlaw (Catherine), Julie Outlaw Mize (Mark), John Mark Outlaw (Marianne), Michelle Wilson (Rusty), Angela Wilson (Chad) and Evart Bates Outlaw (Linsey); and his grandchildren, Cari Williams (Jay), Sarah Browning (Robert), Elisa Joseph (Michael), Nicole McFarlane (James), Tess Outlaw, Andrew Wilson (David), Addison Outlaw, Rachel Wilson (Derick), Gus Outlaw, Jane Outlaw and Amy Outlaw. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Primrose Funeral Services - Devine (303 W College Ave, Devine, TX 78016). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church - Natalia (301 Pearson St, Natalia, TX 78059). A burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Moore Memorial Cemetery.
