She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jeff and Katherine Sparks (Richey); her husband Aubrey Allen; and her siblings, Velma Morgan and T. J. Sparks, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Kathy (Johnny Tate) and Danny (Judy Allen); her grandsons, Robert (Rani Tate), Bret (Mary Tate), Ryan (Kelly Tate) and Craig (Shay Allen); her great grandchildren, Bethany, Samuel, Riley, Luke Tate and Landry Allen; her stepgranddaughters, Michele Stoker (Marten) and Amy Stoker (Ruurd) of Stephenville; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Blayne, Amanda, Jayden and Colbe; and her sisters, Mae Pack and Earlene Faulkner. She is also survived by several cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Her love for the outdoors never waned, even as Parkinson's disease began to limit her ability to pursue these passions.
