He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Herman "Hi" Koonsman and Ollie Mae Koonsman (Tidwell); his wife Tena Koonsman; and his sister Faye Carpenter. He is survived by: his children, Rickey Koonsman (Kim) of Meridian, Annette Jones of Granbury, Sherry Mize and Nina Richter; his siblings, Donnie Koonsman of Granbury and Jennifer Tidwell of Burleson; his great grandchildren, Stephen Richter, Kristy Baty and Ryan Koonsman (Shannon); his children, Lexi, Madison, Kimber Koonsman, Jayden Reynolds, Trinton Jones (Gabrielle), Teagan, Grace, Dana Dowell (Kody), Anson, Jewel and Sara Mize; Aubree, Ryan, Shelby, Kolby and Khloey. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Meridian Masonic Lodge #268 to support its charitable work.
