He was predeceased by: his father Jim David Fox; and his siblings, Clarence David Fox and Melvina Lee Fox Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Patsy Ann Blair of Houston, Gordon B Carlson of Cleburne, Cynthia Kay Winter of South Carolina and Van Robin Carlson of Morgan; and his nephew Marcus Carlson of Morgan. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 17 great nieces and nephews.
