It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Jean Dickey of Morgan, Texas, who passed away on November 10, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Cleo Hanshew and Margaret Hanshew; her husband Charles Alton Dickey Sr.; her son William Edward Stephen Dickey (Wes); her sister Dorothy Hanshew; and her grandsons, Craig Spurling and Randy Dickey.

She is survived by : her children, Sandra Spurling (Jerry), Janie Pinnell (Harland), Nora Mayberry (Dan), Angie Irby (Jerry), Charles Dickey, Jr. (Diane), Alan Dickey (Helen), Rusty Dickey (Pattie) and Paul Dickey (Kami); her brothers, William Hanshew, Tommy Hanshew and Alfred Hanshew; her extended family, Billie Ruth, Ricky Don Jourden, Mike, Cindy Drain, Donna Kay Jones, Arlene Swiney, Gay, Stanley Myers and Doug Swiney; and her friend Nancy Flurry. She is also survived by 31 Grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 2 great -great-grandchildren.
