He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ratliff (Dick) and Patricia June Webb; and his sister Lisa Ratliff Mitchell. He is survived by: his uncle Johnny Webb; his cousins, Lorene Pickering (Thurman) and Sassy Whiddon (Tommy); and his nieces, Megan Croker and Tara Hanel. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
