She was predeceased by : her parents, Hugh Urban and Pauline Jordan (Nash); her siblings, Mary Catherine "Cat" Moses, Hugh Weldon, Buzzy, Jordan, Esther May Waller and George Elton Jordan; her daughter Mary Kathleen Ball; and her daughter-in-law Janie Ball.
She is survived by : her grandsons, Dewayne Taylor Ball and Canaan Ball; her husband Glenn Slack; her children, Hank Ball (Jan), Randy Ball (Ann), Tom Ball, Andy Ball (Elizabeth), Becky Henderson (Waylon) and Eric Ball (Elaine); and her stepchildren, Glenda (Bob), Duddington, Albert Glenn Jr. (Denise Slack), Kim, Craig Harvey and Stacey Slack.
