She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Carrol and Ethel Mae Shelton (Land); her husband Kenneth Garland Watts; her son Jim David Watts; and her brother Carrol Shelton.
She is survived by: her sons, Jack Watts of Borger and Harold Watts of Cornelius; and her grandchildren, Suzanne Pals, Carissa Bleeker and Kathryn Crawford. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
