He is survived by: his wife Esparda Chapa; his grandchildren, Brittany Lopez, Nakina Lopez and Celestina Lopez; and his great grandchildren, Brayden McGowan, Kienen Samarron, Brylee McGowan, Landen Ramirez and Kamden Ramirez.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Head Duarte Funeral Home (1402 Houston St, Levelland, TX 79336). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (105 NE 8th St, Morton, TX 79346). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Morton Memorial Cemetery (650 TX-214, Morton, TX 79346).
