With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee Stephens of Morton, Texas, who passed away on August 17, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Lee may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee and Amy Stephens (Littlefield); his former wife Ann Jones; and his sisters, Betty Polk and Pat Feagan.
He is survived by: his wife Twila Bolinger; his children, Patrick "Shay" Stephens of Abilene, Texas, Shani Lyn Hartman (Steve) of Morton, Texas, Kelle Sides of Lubbock, Texas, Shelle Williams of Memphis and Denise Smith (Rodney) of Lockney, Texas; his great grandchild Scott Feagan; and his former wife Carolyn.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Morton Methodist Church (411 West Washington, Morton, Texas 79346).
