He was predeceased by : his parents, Jean Andrews (Smith) and Earl Andrews; his parents-in-law, Pellum and Ruby Gravitt; and his sisters, Vickie Frank and Samantha Andrews.

He is survived by : his wife Janice Andrews of Mount Calm; his children, Eugene Andrews (Michelle) of Cleburne, James Andrews (Jennifer) of Mesquite and Amy Fletcher (Ben) of Willis; his sister Darlene Hernandez (Phillip) of Fort Worth; his siblings-in-law, Tama Keahey (Mike) of Bluff Dale, Carolyn Turner of Mount Calm and Darrell Frank (Michelle) of Dallas; and his grandchildren, Parker Andrews, Harrison Andrews, Holdon Andrews, Caleb Andrews, Owen Fletcher, Bailey Andrews, Madison Alford, Cheyann Andrews and Erin Fletcher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other extended family member and numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials or donations in honor of Eugene be made to First Baptist Church of Mount Calm, Mount Calm Volunteer Fire Department or Mount Calm ISD.
